Yes, once the items arrive in Kenya, you will pay for the shipping/freight fee. On every item, please click on it and scroll down to find the description where the estimated shipping/freight cost are indicated.
Do I pay for shipping per item or cumulatively?
Yes, shipping fee is paid per item.

When will my pre-order be shipped?

How long does it take to receive a preordered item?
After closing an order, items take approximately 45-60 days. Customers are typically informed of the estimated time of arrival once the shipping line communicates.
Can I track my preorder shipment?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number/order number via email once you checkout and pay.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes we do have a physical location in Nairobi. Our shop is location is NEW ALNOOR MALL Basement Shop Number 20. At the junction of Accra Road and Taveta Road.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes, we deliver countrywide and also deliver to Tanzania, Uganda & Rwanda. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location.
